We smother you with "personal touch".  When you work with Slow Dreams, you work interactively with a TEAM -  the team is composed of highly experienced British, American and Italian wedding planners.

• When you become a client, our In Country Wedding Manager will work with you through the planning process to share their local knowledge and professional wedding skills.   Someone from their team will be there to greet you at the venue, escort you to the town-hall if required,  and will spend much of the wedding day with you.  For larger weddings, they bring additional staff to maximize your SLOW DREAM. 

THE PLANNING & MANAGEMENT FEE


We charge a Planning & Management Fee  of  15% of the total cost of wedding

BUT NOT ON:

• Accommodation costs
• hair & make up appointments

The fee is automatically computed in real time based on your online plan.

Payment of the wedding with the fee included is due when (if) you accept our CONTRACT.  30% of the total is due on contract acceptance,  30% is due 120 days before the wedding,  40 % is due is due 45 days before the wedding.

WHAT THE FEE COVERS

• Post-booking consultation with local wedding professional -  although our online planning is extremely comprehensive, there are typically many details that need to be sorted - e.g.., the exact schedule of, say, town-hall or church visit, the exact type and colour of flowers,  the music play list,  desired photography style, etc. 
• The booking and management of all Slow Dreams service providers  - e.g., the venue, catering, photographer, etc  - we ensure every service provider arrives at the right time and place - and knows what they need to do.  NOTE:  we only can manage the service providers that you have booked through us.  If you find your own service providers (e.g., musicians, florist, photographer, etc), we can't take responsibility for them, you would need to manage those.
• FREE USE of  UNIQUE INTEGRATED APPS
  • On-line Planner - real-time planning and costing of any complexity of event
  • Guest Management
    • Guest List Creation  (guest list import/export will be added at some point)
    • Automated  Guest Communications - e.g., RSVP online management - invitation design, who gets sent invitations to what event (e.g., just the reception, the rehearsal dinner,   pre-wedding party, post wedding pizza night),    note:  this can be used even  for events not involving Slow Dreams, e.g.., girls/boys night in London, or wherever. 
    • Online guest payment for  accommodation (not available at this time)
    • Point & click assignment of guests to rooms, seats, and meals.
  • Automatic Generation of Detailed Event Itinerary - this can be added to easily (e.g...,  Meet uncle Joe at airport)
  • Automatic Generation of YOUR personal web-site - this enables you to  share your SLOW DREAM with friends, family and associates.  It also used as wedding guest portal so that they can: respond to RSVP, access the  Itinerary, get venue detail, how to get there.  You would need to manage and select the room assignments for your guests, seats, and meals for them.

 
Payment Schedule for Wedding/Other Events/Accommodations Plan 

• For Bride & Groom  

• 30% of total cost for 1st Deposit
• 30% of total cost 120 days prior to arrival 
• 40% of total cost 45 days prior to arrival

 

• Wedding Guest Accommodations -  if they book separately on their own 
  • 30% of total cost for 1st Deposit
  • Remaining room balance payment  is due when the Bride & Groom's final payment is due (45 days before their arrival)

 

• NOTE: Some Venues require an initial deposit of  50%.

Applicable to all Slow Dreams Weddings

• All payments will be lost in the event of cancellation (includes guest hotel bookings, even if they are staying at a different hotel from the wedding venue). We recommend you investigate wedding and/or travel insurance.

Note: Weddings are especially difficult for hotels - if a wedding/rooms gets cancelled, hotels can find themselves with an empty or near empty hotel with no or little time to fill it. Plus, several venues require All rooms to be booked in order to accept a wedding.  As such hotel wedding cancellation policies are usually quite tough.

We will be delighted to escort potential clients around the area and venues. This typically takes 6 to 12 hours. There IS NO FEE for this service.

It is our policy not to mark up hotel room costs for couples or their guests. We always use the hotel Room-Rates from the hotel's web site with no alteration, except translation from Italian to English where needed.
